	Superstition Point This medical / dental office complex which consists of 29,000 square feet is located on a three acre infill parcel surrounded by residential units with access to the facility from a major arterial.
	Mountain View Offices This new 8,500 square foot multi-tenant office building was designed for general and dental office use.  The building is located on a tight infill parcel on a busy intersection surrounded by an existing office complex.
	Northern Trust Bank This is a new 6,000 square foot full service bank branch facility that consists of a teller service and teller line queuing area, community meeting space and bank offices.
	AMEC Building This 10,000 square foot, two-story building was designed to meet the needs of AMEC, as the Arizona headquarters of this internationally based company.

	Sunny Mesa Dental Office Building This facility is a new, state-of-the-art 7,000 square foot dental office building for Sunny Mesa Dental.  This building is sited on an existing infill site surrounded by residential units.
	Killian Medical Office Building This 10,000 square foot multi-tenant medical/dental office building is located on an infill parcel.  The design consists of two buildings bridged by covered connected canopies to allow for smaller building masses and to create exterior window opportunities for all suites.
