A new 8,500 square foot multi-tenant office building designed for general office and dental office use. This building is located on a tight infill parcel on a busy intersection surrounded by an existing office complex. The owner desired a design that would compliment the existing buildings and site but also distinguish it's presence on the site. The use of rich building design materials and lush landscaping blended existing site characteristics with new design concepts.
