This was a complete renovation of an eight story building that was purchased by the City of Mesa and was remodeled to house the City Council, Public Works, Engineering Design, Purchasing, Personnel and Parks / Recreation offices.  The final phase of this project required Saemisch + Di Bella Architects to design a civil plaza / park that addressed pedestrian issues, provided an opportunity to celebrate the city’s history in the form of a Heritage Wall and help to set the standard for the main street design.
