The Marc Center works with the community’s adult mentally and physically handicapped. Their work / training programs produce $11 million in revenue a year and enrich hundreds of individuals and families. The building is on City of Mesa property and the three-story building, completed in 2004, houses 30,000 square feet of day care, training and administration areas. The new structure melds with a 1960’s three-story office that was remodeled and occupied during construction of the new addition. This is a very restrictive site, with a complex program resulting in a mutually rewarding client architect relationship.
