This 10,000 square foot multi-tenant medical/dental office building is located on an infill parcel.  The design consists of two buildings bridged by covered connected canopies to allow for smaller building masses and to create exterior window opportunities for all suites.  The exterior stone cladding material combined with stucco finishes, sloped roofs and landscaping provide a warm/friendly atmosphere for medical uses.
