This 60 acre commercial center had an existing multi-screen theater and shops located on site.  Saemisch + Di Bella Architects designed a 66,000 square foot multi-tenant boutique shops building on the main entry into the shopping village.  The architecture is ‘urban life-style’ which is a non-colonnaded, multiple building elevations type of project fronted by a wide pedestrian promenade.  The end result is a strong project identity for this destination shopping experience.
